- 1. �DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a 100% small business set aside requirement to furnish all labor, services, equipment, and materials to transport and perform maintenance repairs on a Terex RT549 mobile crane located at Kentucky Lock. 2. �TYPE OF CONTRACT: �The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price service contract. 3. �BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Award shall be made to the lowest priced offeror who is determined to be responsible. � 4. �PLACE OF DELIVERY:� U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Attn: Christopher Marshall �265 Kentucky Lock Road, Grand Rivers, KY 42045-9706 5. �PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: In accordance with the schedule within the Scope of Work. � � 6. �POC FOR COMMUNICATIONS: Any communications regarding this procurement before award must be made in writing to the Contracting Branch, Attn: Todd Allman at email robert.t.allman@usace.army.mil.
