- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for: Microsoft Hub S2 Computer, �Charge Mobile Battery for Microsoft Surface Hub,Polyvision Steelcase Roam Mobile Stand for Surface Hub 2S Steelcase Surface Hub 2 4K Camera Microsoft, Pen for Surface Hub 2 Microsoft �for US Military Academy Library, West Point, NY. This requirement is listed under NAICS code 334118 - Computer Terminal and other Peripheral Manufacturing, and FSC/PSC of 7E20. In addition: a) in order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a CHESS Contract Holder in accordance with the Solicitation Business Size identified in the CHESS Solicitation, and under the appropriate NAICS code. b) AFARS 5139.101-90(a)(1) The Army�s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software �����and Solutions (CHESS) program, under the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems, is the mandatory source for commercial information technology (IT) hardware and software purchases. c) 5139.101-90 Policy. (a) Commercial information technology hardware and software. (1) The Army�s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program, under the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems, is the mandatory source for commercial IT hardware and software purchases. CHESS contracts provide IT products and services that comply with U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command, Army and DoD policy and standards. Please verify that both the DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). �Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.� The solicitation will be issued on or about the Week of 18 April 2022 in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: Army CHESS IT Site.� It is the offeror�s responsibility to check the CHESS IT site as necessary for any posted changes.
