Description

Maximum of the contract (including option): $9,656,029.00 The objective of this procurement is to place the items in a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQC) long-term contract (LTC) of a maximum of five (5) years, divided into one 3-year base contract and two 1-year options.� Option years are to be opted at the discretion of the Government.� The total duration of the contract shall not exceed five (5) years. The Government will solicit the acquisition under FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This is a consolidated procurement. Consolidation memorandum will be synopsized seven days before opening of solicitation. See items in attached documents.
