Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT- Army Contracting Command (ACC) Redstone Arsenal (RSA)�has a requirement for Bulk Pass-Thru Cables.�This is a sole source with Corning Stran Technologies.� IAW FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source.� This sole source synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The Government shall consider all responses received by 14 April 2022 1200 PM CST. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirement. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Please email with responses or questions regarding this requirement at bobbie.j.stafford3.civ@army.mil. This notice will close at 1200 PM CST 14 April 2022. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.�
