Description
Request for Information (RFI)������������������������� United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Intake and Document Production (OIDP) American Ceremonial Stick Flags Purpose and Objective: This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotations. No solicitation is being issued at this time and the Government makes no assertion that a solicitation will be issued. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract, nor do they affect a potential offeror's ability to respond to any future synopsis/solicitation which may or may not follow or restrict the U.S. Government's eventual acquisition approach. Additionally, the U.S. Government will not provide reimbursement for any information submitted in response to this RFI notice. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding. This is an RFI to identify small businesses capable of meeting the requirements of USCIS, OIDP for American Ceremonial Stick Flags as outlined in the attached draft Description of Requirements (DOR).� This RFI is associated with Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS) # F2022056784. Capability Statement / Information Sought: Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this RFI notice. However, be advised that generic capability statements are not sufficient for effective evaluation of respondents� capacity and capability to provide the specific supplies required. Responses must directly demonstrate the company�s capability, experience and/or ability to satisfy the requirements listed below. This RFI is also soliciting comments and recommendations for USCIS considerations and planning purposes. Any additional information may be provided by the respondent in addition to the requested information below. � Requested Information: 1. Please review the attached draft DOR for this requirement.� Based on the information provided, USCIS is seeking vendor input as to whether they are able to meet all of the requirements in terms of specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements. 2. Based on the requirements, provide a response indicating if this requirement can be fulfilled through an existing General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Contract. 3. USCIS is seeking information to determine if there are a sufficient number of small businesses under NAICS 314999 who are capable, and interested in, manufacturing and delivering the supplies outlined in the draft DOR.� When responding to this RFI, please include your company�s name, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and socioeconomic business status as part of the cover page.����� � RFI Submission Instructions: 1. Responses shall include a cover page and the information requested. Interested parties may include other relevant information as desired but the total submission shall not be more than 5 pages inclusive of the cover page. All responses shall be in MS Word, or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), Font should be Times New Roman, size 12, all responses shall not exceed 5 pages, and submitted by 04:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 18, 2021. No phone calls related to this RFI will be accepted. All questions must be submitted through email directed to the points of contact listed below. Any additional information will be provided in writing by the Contracting Officer. Please include the RFI number on the cover letter. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized clearly marked. Submissions will not be returned. 2.
