Description: This purchase is for GEARS software with an assorted training package from a small business- Big Lever Software, Inc. (CAGE 54GR3). GEARS is a product line engineering software application that provides a user friendly interface to construct a system of systems in a system engineering tree. This tree then allows for a user to select desired functionality and features from the system engineering tree and outputs a blueprint of the system engineering sets. We intend to use this software to implement Product Line Engineering at NAWCTSD ridding of all the �stove-piped� product lines and merging them into a common and shared feature tree.
