Description

This is a solicitation for commerical servies issued as a request for quote N32253-22-Q-0042 Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is�seeking a qualified contractor to provide on-site annual preventative maintenance, repair, calibration and remedial services to original design specifications for one (1) Barnes Horizontal Honing Machine, model No. HH-25 in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 and the size standard for this NAICS code is $8,000,000. The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment. A Sources Sought notice regarding this solicitation was posted on 22 March 2022 and closed on 28 March 2022. Period of Performance will be 25 April 2022 - 24 April 2027.� Written offers should be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure. The CLIN structure is for (1) one base year and (4) four option years. The Period of Performance for CLIN 0001 is 25 APR 2022 � 24 APR 2023 (Base Year) The Period of Performance for CLIN 0002 is 25 APR 2023 � 24 APR 2024 (Option Year) The Period of Performance for CLIN 0003 is 25 APR 2024 � 24 APR 2025 (Option Year) The Period of Performance for CLIN 0004 is 25 APR 2025 � 24 APR 2026 (Option Year) The Period of Performance for CLIN 0005 is 25 APR 2026 � 24 APR 2027 (Option Year) Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
