All other details in this RFQ remain the unchanged. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number NB670020-22-00921 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) conducted under the authority of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This RFQ, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04. The associated NAICS code 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, has a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This acquisition is being procured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST) Communications Technology Laboratory requires a high power RF amplifier that covers the Ka-Band frequencies 27-31 GHz to support the RF field strength probe calibration service. Attached is the Specifications describing other salient characteristics and contracts requirements for this solicitation. All proposed items must meet all requirements listed in the Specifications Document (Attachment B). Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point (FOB Destination) are required in accordance with the attached Requirements and Specifications Document. The Government will award a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from the responsible offeror whose quotation conforming to the requirements of the solicitation represents the BEST VALUE to the Government considering the Government�s evaluation factors provided in the attached Addenda. See attached RFQ and Instructions and Evaluation Criteria, and Basis for Award for details. Inquiries regarding the subject RFQ shall be submitted electronically to the contract specialist, Aaron Ritter, at aaron.ritter@nist.gov utilizing Attachment A � Question Submittal Form, no later than 5:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time on April 11, 2022. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist, Aaron Ritter, at aaron.ritter@nist.gov no later than 10:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time on April 15, 2022.
