STATEMENT OF WORK Introduction The Ophthalmology Clinic, at the James E Van Zandt Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley BLVD, Altoona, PA 16602 has determined the need to Oculus Pentacam to measure the corneal thickness. OCULUS, Inc Pentacam HR with Installation, Calibration & On-Site Training The project shall require Oculus Pentacam to be delivered to the James E Van Zandt Medical Center which new Ophthalmologist is now on board. The Pentacam images the anterior segment of the eye by a rotating Scheimpflug camera measurement. This rotating process supplies pictures in three dimensions. The center of the cornea is measured very precisely because of this rotational imaging process. The measurement process lasts less than two seconds and minute eye movements are captured and corrected simultaneously. By measuring 25,000 true elevation points, precise representation, repeatability and analysis are guaranteed. Salient Characteristics Qualitative assessment of the cornea: Topography and elevation data of the anterior and posterior corneal surface Overall pachymetry, absolute and relative Glaucoma screening: Pachymetry-based IOP correction Chamber angle, volume, and depth Topography based keratoconus detection and classification Comparative displays for progression control and follow-up Various comparative displays for extensive follow-up Pachymetric and topographic maps for individual health care measures Comprehensive refractive maps for transparent diagnostics Curvature values of the anterior and posterior corneal surface for improved IOL calculation Manual measurements can be taken in Scheimpflug images to determine position of IOLs, iris contours, implants, etc. True Net Power Map, determination of true refractive power of the cornea even and after refractive surgery Pentacam Scheimpflug Camera, XYZ moveable base head and chin rest power supply USB cable dust cover electric height adjustable wooden design table 21.5"" all-in- one computer incl.
