Description

Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office on behalf of Colorado River Service Unit is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors who could provide: Requirement will be for the (2 each) Hematology XN-550 Analyzer and accessories (or an equal product) Hematology XN-550 Analyzer during business hours with service assisted calibration reagents and QC for a monthly flat fee for 1 base year and 4 options years. 1 (each) for Parker Indian Health Center and 1 (each) for Peach Springs Indian Health Center with the following breakdown. Parker � 5110 Annual Tests Peach Springs � 1300 Annual Tests Offer to include � Lease of the analyzer XN550 at Parker and XN550 at Peach Springs during business hours to include all reagents, control, and calibration material. Delivery FOB Destination and Installation will be included. Service and Support Insight IQAP (or equal) with 24/7 technical assistance and business hour services (8-5 local/PDT) Operators manual, guides, on-line resources, unlimited virtual instructor-led training, and online tutorials as needed.
