AMENDMENT 4:�The purpose of this amendment is to release the questions and answers (Atch 6) from the main briefing Q&A session, The Industry day Registration List (Atch 7), and the one-on-one Q&As (Atch 8). AMENDMENT 3:��The purpose of this amendment is to repost the presentation slides for the briefing (Atch 5) with the correct slide deck.� AMENDMENT 2:��The purpose of this amendment is to release the finalized industry day agenda (Atch 2) as well as the presentation slides for the briefing (Atch 5). Please refer to the industry day agenda for all scheduling information to include the main briefing, one-on-one time slots along with hyperlinks and call in numbers for each. AMENDMENT 1: This amendment is to include an attachment detailing how to participate in a dry-run to test joining the virtual industry day and solve any technical issues that may arise. The dry-run is scheduled for 23 Mar 2022, 0800-0900 CST. NOTE: This notice is a combined Industry Day and Request for Information (RFI) posting. Please pay close attention to the specific Industry Day dates within this posting and the specific due date for the RFI CE CS Cybersecurity (Attachment 1). The purpose of the upcoming virtual industry day is to solicit interest in a service contract to provide the ability to provide Civil Engineer (CE) Control System (CS) Cybersecurity Initiative service contract in support of the global Air Force Civil Engineer Center mission. The Government seeks to provide industry more insight into the Government�s Cybersecurity Initiative requirements and allow potential offerors the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on both the work to be performed and the contract specifics. A detailed agenda (Attachment 2) will be provided prior to the virtual Industry Day via an amendment to this posting. All briefings and one-on-one discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level. Those who are interested in attending this event are requested to respond to this notice by e-mailing the government POCs with your filled out industry day registration (Attachment 3) no later than�22 Mar�2022. This will be performed virtually via electronic communications, with the exact communication program to be determined. The communications method will be�specified in this posting prior to the Industry Day. The Government briefings will take place on�30 Mar�2022. One-on-one meetings will take place on�31 Mar�2022 and 1 Apr�2022 or additional dates, depending on the number of interested attendees. Time slots for one-on-one opportunities will be limited to no more than 20 minutes, but the actual time available is dependent upon the number of interested attendees. No later than�25 Mar�2022, the Government will send an email confirmation verifying successful receipt of registration along with one-on-one meeting confirmations and a final agenda via an amendment to this posting. On 23 Mar 2022, the Government will host a dry run (Attachment 4) to test connectivity and functionality of the selected communication method. Potential offerors are highly encouraged to participate in the dry run to work out any issues prior to industry day. Potential offerors are encouraged to submit questions in advance, but are not required to do so. A summary of all releasable questions and answers arising during the one-on-one meetings will be posted the following week. A draft PWS is attached. This Industry Day Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This virtual Industry Day Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not, at this time, seeking proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Industry Day Notice. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts. All costs associated with responding to this Industry Day Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense.
