Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is 285-22-RFQ-0012. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Publication 2022-05, March 07, 2022. IHS intends to award a single fixed price contract in response to this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is 100% set aside for Indian Owned Small Business in accordance to HHSAR Subpart 326.6�Acquisitions Under the Buy Indian Act. The associated North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 621112 Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists, and the small business size standard is $11 million. The performance period proposed in this contracting action covers a base period of: date of award through 10/1/2022 with four option years (if required by the Government).
