Description
The primary mission of the Local Guard Force (LGF) is to protect U.S. Government personnel, facilities, and equipment from damage or loss.� The LGF is one component of the Mission�s security apparatus and complements other physical, technical, and procedural security systems.� The LGF shall carry out specific actions as described in the General and Post Orders (See Section J, Exhibit B).� The local guard services shall protect life; prevent unauthorized access; maintain order; deter criminal attacks against employees, dependents, and property prevent terrorist acts against all U.S. assets; and damage to Government property.� The Contractor local guard services shall act as an early warning signal to the Embassy and RSO.� The primary mission of the Bodyguard Program (BGP) is to provide personal security for the COM to prevent hostile attacks, harm, injury, and embarrassment. The BGP is one component of the Mission�s security apparat-us and complements other physical, technical, and procedural security systems. Personal protective services consist of close personal protective movements as well close personal protection at off-site venues. The BGP shall carry out specific actions as described in the General and Post Orders (See Section J, Exhibit B). The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to change the date of the site visit to February 17, 2022 and the release of the MS Teams link for the site visit to be provided by February 15, 2022 to vendors who submitted their request to participate in accordance with section L.1- Site Visit.� The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to:� he purpose of this modification is to: 1. Remove and replace Exhibit N; 2. Add the Q&A responses; 3. Add Exhibit ZZ; 4. Add the Exhibit U_TUPE; 5. Changes to sections: L.11, L.11.2, L.11.2.1, L.11.2.2, L11.2.2.3, M.2, H.2, and L.11.1.2; 6. Remove sections I.2 and I.3 All other terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to:� 1. Change the proposal submission date to April 15, 2022 1500 ET in sections L.4 and L.5. 2. Remove any requirements for the Supervisor to have firearms training. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to:� Change proposal due date to April 29. 2022 at 1500 ET.�
