Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��Florida City:��Homestead and surrounding communities Delineated Area: North: SW 248th Drive (aka Coconut Palm Drive) from US Highway 1 to SW 107th Avenue; East: SW 107th Avenue from SW 248th Drive to SW 304th Street to SW 117th Avenue to SW 328th Street; South: SW 328th Street (aka N. Canal Path); West: US Highway 1 (N. Homestead Blvd.) from SW 328th Street to SW 248th Drive. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��5,929 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��5,929 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Surface):��A minimum of 32 surface parking spaces must be available on-site. Parking Spaces (Structured/ Secured, Reserved, Indoor):��20 structured/secured indoor parking spaces for GOV�s and a Sally Port Full Term:��15 years Firm Term:��13 years Additional Requirements: Properties for consideration may not be adjacent to, or within close proximity of educational facilities, religious facilities, retail facilities or within a residential neighborhood. If space offered is not on the first floor, a minimum of two passenger or freight elevators must be provided, unless offered building is a single tenant facility; Offered space must be contiguous; Offered building must not be within 1,000 feet of schools, daycares, or hotels; Access required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year; Secured parking for the GOVs will be required; Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
