Description

This is FEMA's official Request for Proposals (RFP) notification associated with pre-soliciation (70FBR622R00000011) released on March 18, 2022 for interested contractors to propose on FEMA's requirement for construction repairs.� The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking to remediate damages done at the Incident Support Base in Seguin, TX, during support of the 2021 Texas Winter Storms and 2018 Hurricane Harvey.� Damage was done at Seguin Auxiliary Airfield (USAF), Auxiliary Airport Road (Guadalupe County) and Texas State Highway 90.�� The magnitude of construction for this project is between $1M and $5M.� The official Request for Proposal (RFP) release date is 8 April 2022 and due date for proposals is 9 May 2022 @ 5PM (EST).�� This RFP is being solicited as a total (100%) Small Business Set aside IAW FAR 26,202-1--(Local area Set-Aside) only local small business offerors operating within the specific counties supporting DR-4586-TX will be considered for award.� (See Attachment 3) Please refer to all documents in this notification for requirement specifications and actions to respond.
