Description
The purpose of this modification is to add vendor question responses and extend the solicitiation to 19 April 2022. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) will be used for requirement. Solicitation Number: F1S0AX1326A001� **Please provide the full solisitation number on all packages** Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit, in writing, a complete quote including delivery FOB Destination Edwards AFB CA 93524. Questions must be sent to the contact below no later than (NLT) 6 April 2022 by 4PM PST. All answers will be posted as a modificaiton to this solicitation NLT 11 April 2022 4 PM PST. ***At this time, the Questions and Answers can be found in the attachments, therefore no further responses will be accepted.*** Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation. Offerors shall submit quotes via email, please note the maximum file size is 10MB. Emails over this file size will not be received. Submit only written offers: oral offers will not be accepted. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 and DPN 20220228 and AFAC 2021-0726. (iv) �THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE: �HUBZONE SET-ASIDE�. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 334290 with a sizestandard of 750 employees. Description of items to be Acquired: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), CA is requesting the acquisition of an Access Control System. This is a nonpersonnel services contract to purchase/install Hirsch Systems in various locations in the upcoming new JSE Building 1040, Edwards Air Force Base, California and JSE Building 1733, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The statement of requirements (SOO � Attachment 1) defines the specifications and the acceptability criteria. Delivery Date: TBD, Government Furnished Property (GFP) is not being authorized for this requirement.
