Description: The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements based on proprietary issues as well as compatibility & data continuity. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Vieletech Inc., 913 Splendor Point, Florissant, Colorado 80816-7107, for A Data Acquisition and Control (DAC) system for Small Engine Altitude Research Facility (SmEARF) and Small Engine Combustion Research Laboratory (SECRL).� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice.
