Description
DESCRIPTION Fully automated Steretotaxic Robot Drill and Microinjector Robot, for Mouse. Mouse-specific Stereotaxic Instruments specifically designed for use with knock-out and transgenic mice. Robotic Mouse Stereotaxic Instruments should include customized motors and StereoDrive software to allow motorized, computer controlled stereotaxic positioning in all 3 orthogonal axes. Stereotax should provide intuitive movement control and integrated stereotaxic atlas to enable NCCIH high level of accuracy and high throughput in all stereotaxic applications. Mouse System 51705 must include: � 51601 Stoelting Lab Standard Stereotaxic Instrument, Base only (built-in warming pad but requires the 53800 controller) � 51660-1 Stoelting Mouse Adapter Kit, 45 Deg. � 51625-1 Stoelting Elevated Platform for Mouse Lab Standard (built-in warming pad but requires the 53800 controller) � 58643 Neurostar Robot Drill & Injection Bundle for Motorized Stereotaxic Sys � 51749 Neurostar Robot Drill Auto-Stop Function � 51702 Neurostar 3 High Speed Motors + Software + Control Box + Cables In addition: � 51509M Gas Anesthesia Device for Mouse� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � 53800 Stoelting Rodent Warmer Control Box X1 w/cable Contractor shall deliver the equipment within 30 days after date of award, and deliver to: NCCIH, 35 Convent Dr. Bldg 35 a RM 1D802, Bethesda, Maryland 20892. Payment shall be made after delivery of equipment, inspection and Government acceptance. Capability Statement/Information Sought: Offerors must provide a response that addresses all the requirements set forth in this notice, including, but not limited to: 1. Offerors must provide their DUNS number, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business, Hub Zone Small Business woman-owned, etc.) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code and any other information that may be helpful in developing or finalizing the acquisition requirements. The response must include the offeror's technical and administrative points of contact, including names, titles, addresses, telephone, and email address.� 2. Offeror's possessing experience and demonstrated capability to accomplish the aforementioned requirements are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to provide the required supplies/perform the required services. Information furnished must not exceed 10 pages (12-point font minimum), including all attachments, and should include pricing information. All responses must include an indication of current certified small business status clearly makred on the first page of the capability statement. Information Submission Instructions: All capability statements sent in response to this Sources Sought notice must be electronically sent (via email) to Lindsay Nelson, Contracting Officer, at: lindsay.tonon@nih.gov in either MS Word or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) by April 28, 2022, 5:00 PM, EDT. All responses must be received by the specified due date and time in order to be considered. CAPABILITY STATEMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THE DUE DATE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.� Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response.
