- This is a Market Survey to locate sources and potential vendors with the capability to inspect, test, and repair the AN/ASN-128D and AN/ASN-128D Suite E DGNS for the below part numbers: Received NSN� � � � � � � � � � � �Part Number 5895-01-518-8783� � � � � � � � � CV-3338B 5998-01-530-3442� � � � � � � � � H274A181-01 5895-01-653-0833� � � � � � � � � P320A002-04 5841-01-653-2163� � � � � � � � � P310A022-03 5841-01-583-6778� � � � � � � � � P530A012-01 5998-01-632-6696� � � � � � � � � H585A086-03 The AN/ASN-128D and AN/ASN-128D Suite E DGNS system provides navigation utilizing a GPS receiver and a self-contained Doppler navigation system to Blackhawk (UH-60) and Chinook (CH-47) aircrafts. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of this unit is not available from the Army. Vendor capable of supplying the above must so indicate, by writing to: Commander, US Army C-E LCMC, ATTN: FCDD-ISE-HDD, 6560 Surveillance Road, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846 and emailing response to point of contact described below. The response must include documentation such as test results and a copy of the purchase order. If the supplier was a vendor to the above source demonstrating the supplier can supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable, with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that this item supplied will satisfactorily perform, when used for the purpose intended by the Army. The enclosed Questionnaire shall be addressed and provided as part of the vendor�s response. This Market Survey does not guarantee a contract by the Government. Describe your company�s ability and history in repairing the AN/ASN-128D and AN/ASN-128D Suite E DGNS components to the original baseline configuration. Describe your company�s ability and history in developing the AN/ASN-128D Suite E DGNS components to the original baseline configuration. Describe your company�s experience in identifying the test equipment for testing components similar in complexity and technology to what is used in the AN/ASN-128D and AN/ASN-128D Suite E DGNS. Describe your company�s experience in developing or updating a Technical Data Package. Describe your company�s experience in managing obsolescence issues. Describe your company�s experience in identifying alternatives for the unavailability of obsolete materials or components to mitigate obsolescence issues. Provide First Article Testing and Electro Magnetic Interference (FAT/EMI) test plan, report, and acceptance test procedure results for current projects. Describe your company�s experience in performing and completing First Article Testing (FAT) requirements for AN/ASN-128D and AN/ASN-128D Suite E DGNS system. Discuss your company�s capability in meeting US Government contracting delivery requirements. Specify Production Lead Time (PLT) for inspecting, testing, and repairing units and the time frame estimate to deliver a completed repaired AN/ASN-128D and AN/ASN-128D Suite E DGNS component. Specify Production Lead Time (PLT) for inspecting and testing of new procurement units and the time frame estimate to deliver a completed AN/ASN-128D Suite E DGNS component. Address any foreseen risk with producing and repairing these items.
