- ***THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES*** NRCS Oklahoma Emergency Watershed Protection Program (EWPP) Streambank Stabilization�in Lincoln County The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation�(FPAC) Acquisition Division issues this Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with�FAR Part 13 and Part 36 on behalf of the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) to contract a strearnbank stabilization project along�Post-Lake Road. The project consists of installing riprap and bedding channel liner�for strearnbank stabilization by placing riprap and bedding on 1 site in Lincoln County. As a result of flooding in June 2021, construction services are needed for debris�removal, site preparation, toe excavation, grading and shaping channel, and�installation of bedding and riprap. A Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 09:30am CST. Further�details provided on page 41. Performance time is eight (8) calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Magnitude of Construction: Between $25,000 and�$100,000.
