Amend 0001: 1. The purpose of Amendment 01 is to add associated requirement clause. Specifically, FAR clause 52.215-7008 (Only One Offer), one offer received and also update clause 52.216-21 to reflect contractor does not have to delivery on any awards AFTER July 2027, has also been added to this solicitation. 2. The Government reiterates that they reserve the right to require certified cost and pricing data if only one offer is received.
