- This upcoming acquisition is for a service to conduct an Organizational Culture/Climate Survey to support an enterprise-wide organizational culture assessment of the DLA workforce. The survey effort will provide vital metrics to assess DLA�s ability to make progress toward and meet its strategic goals, both at the enterprise and activity level. This procurement will also require the vendor to conduct and report on a DLA MSF 360 Leadership Assessment. This is an integral part of the DLA Enterprise Leader Development Program (ELDP) for Level 3 and 4 supervisors and managers which is led by the DLA Training Office in DLA Human Resources (J1). This upcoming acquisition intends to acquire assets needed in support of the 2021-2026 DLA Strategic Plan and the DLA People and Culture Plan (DLA�s Human Capital Plan). DLA Human Resources (J1) helps to build and sustain a high-performing workforce with continued focus on people and culture to ensure that DLA�s greatest resource, people, are engaged and motivated.� The Government is anticipating award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base period of performance of 12 months, and nine (9) 12-month option periods to be exercised at the Government�s discretion, for the potential of a contract of up to ten years, as a total small business set-aside. The base period is anticipated to contain up to nine (9) contract line items (CLINs). One, Utilize the vendor�s organizational culture model which will be the foundation for the DLA Culture/Climate Surveys and the DLA MSF 360 Leadership Assessments the vendor will administer in DLA. Two, Utilize the vendor�s organizational culture survey (Part One of the DLA Culture/Climate Survey) based on the vendor�s organizational culture model. Three, Develop the Climate Survey (Part Two) of the DLA Culture/Climate Survey. Four, Administration of the DLA Culture/Climate Survey. Five, Analysis, Interpretation, and Report Generation of DLA Culture/Climate Survey Data. Six, Consulting support related to the DLA Culture/ Climate Surveys and Results. Seven, Analytical support related to the DLA Culture/Climate Surveys and Results. Eight, DLA MSF 360 Leadership Assessment Set Up/ Assessment Administration/ Data Collection. Lastly, nine, DLA MSF 360 Leadership Assessment Report Generation. The primary place of performance will be at the contractor specified site and/or Off-Site. Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) and/or other field locations based on project needs. This is only a synopsis, and alone can lead to no Government contract. The Government plans to solicit for this acquisition in the up-coming months, but is not bound to by this synopsis. The previously listed response date can be disregarded as there is no response required by this post of public information.
