Ft. (ABOA): 1,943 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1.943 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 Full Term: 180 Firm Term: 120 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Standard building intrusion system to include doors and windows with remote Federal Monitoring. Card reader entry system. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
