Description

Synopsis for solicitation number N0018922Q0176 The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to solicit a sole source requirement to Black Bear Technology Solutions (Black Bear) for maintenance of JAG�s JAGLINK system, developed by Black Bear under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 541511; the size standard is $30 million. The PSC is R699. FLC Norfolk has been tasked to procure firm fixed price software maintenance services for custom coding. A complete RFQ package will be available by downloading the documents at the NECO Website as follows: http://www.neco.navy.mil on or around 15 April 2022.
