The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) which states �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is Sirsi Corporation (Sirsi Dynix), 3300 North Ashton Blvd, Suite 500 Lehi, UT 84043. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. �� (ii)� The solicitation number is W911QX-22-Q-0048. This annual subscription for software maintenance is required to receive software updates, training, consulting, and technical support. �� (vii) Delivery is required by four (4) weeks after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery shall be made to U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Aberdeen Proving Ground. �Acceptance shall be performed at to U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Aberdeen, MD 21005.
