Description
Pre-Solicitation notice 36C24922Q0317 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (N.C.O.) 9, is issuing on behalf of the Lexington Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington KY, 40502, an intent to issue a solicitation for furniture under a Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will be 100% set aside for SDVOSBs and competed among the existing SAC IDIQ contract holders. We will issue a single award FFP contract. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items: The authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. 1901 and is implemented by for restricting competition on this procurement via FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214 and has a size standard of 1,000 employees for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit a capability statement no later than 10:00 am. CT, Friday, April 29th, 2022, to: james.moore20@va.gov Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response to this notice.
