The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 Eastern Standard Time, 22APR22 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This will be awarded via Sole Source, to APPLETON MARINE, INC. and this posting id is for informational purposes only. However if you feel this is not a sole source, please reach out to the contact listed. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
