Description

The 19th Contracting Squadron, Little Rock AFB, Arkansas intends to award a sole source purchase order to NIMCO Inc. This business will be providing the Red Ribbon Campaign 2022 merchandise. These items display anti-drug messages that include the theme of ""Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free�"" Items include but are not limited to: Educational items such as posters, anti-drug commitment cards, t-shirts, wrist bands, stickers, balloons, back sacks, etc. These products are intended to provide outreach, education, intervention, and prevention for anti-drug messaging in direct support of the National Family Partnership's Red Ribbon Week Campaign. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. The anticipated award date is 24 May 2022. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Interested parties must be able to print and must be authorized under licensing agreements to print the Red Ribbon Campaign 2022 theme, ""Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free�"" Information is to be submitted to SSgt Dimas Bernacchia at dimas.bernacchia.1@us.af.mil. Deadline for submissions is 26 April 2022 at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.�Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
