Amendment No.: 0002 - The purpose of this amendment #0002 is to revise Section 5.0 of the Statement of Work (SOW) to clarify the proper anticipated period of perofrmance. Section 12.0 of the solicitation is hereby revised to reflect a new quotation submittal date of 04/21/2022 by 10:00 AM EST.� ________________________________________________________________________________________________________� Amendment No.: 0001 - The purpose of this amendment #0001 is to revise Section 5.0 of the Statement of Work (SOW) to clarify the proper anticipated period of perofrmance. (See attached amended documents). ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR), Radiation Oncology Branch (RCB), has a need for Maintenance of two (2) Government owned Varian TrueBeam STX linear accelerators. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be provided in relation to the stated need contained herein. This solicitation, 75N91022Q00050, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and includes applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04 (1/30/2022).� The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) for which the business size standard ($22.0 Million).
