FY 22 INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS (MATOC) FOR THE LEASE OF MULTIPLE CUTTERHEAD, HYDRAULIC PIPELINE DREDGES (NOT LESS THAN 24-INCH DIAMETER), FULLY OPERATED WITH ATTENDANT PLANT AND PERSONNEL, WITH A DRAFT NOT TO EXCEED 9 FEET, FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE DREDGING WITHIN THE VICKSBURG DISTRICT OR OTHER DISTRICTS WITHIN THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY DIVISION The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District (MVK), proposes to award Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), with a Not to Exceed (NTE) total, combined contract capacity of $49.5M and a five-year (60 month) ordering period. The work consists of furnishing, delivering, and operating cutterhead, hydraulic pipeline dredges (not less than 24-inch diameter), fully operated, with attendant plant and personnel, with a draft not to exceed 9 feet, for construction and maintenance dredging within the Vicksburg District or the Mississippi Valley Division. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 for each Task Order issued. Individual Task Orders will be issued throughout the life of the contract and will designate the locations of dredge work that will be performed. This is an Unrestricted Procurement. Plans and specifications will be available on the Contract Opportunities Website at https://sam.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendor�s List (IVL) at https://sam.gov/. Hard copies or CDs will not be available. Offerors are encouraged to check often for changes (AMENDMENTS) to the posted solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or about 16 May 2022 with proposals due on or about 16 June 2022. This procurement is issued under FSC Code Y1KF and NAICS Code 237990, for firm, fixed-price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs).
