Description

VA HANDBOOK 6500.6 MARCH 12, 2010 APPENDIX C C-12 Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract.  This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:    Biomerieux, Inc. 100 Rodolphe Street Durham, NC 27712-9402 Unique Entity ID (SAM): HCNVCMEG9NL6 The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center intends to award a purchase order, Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract for 1 Previ Cologram 12 to Biomerieux the OEM of the product. The intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis.   The NAICS 334516. The size standard 1,000 employees.  The PSC/FSC is 6515.         Interested persons may contact the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist by email at sharieka.wright@va.gov regarding this procurement.  The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.   Responses must be received by 04/22/2022 no later than 12PM CST.
