Description

REPLACE WATER SUPPLY MAIN AND ACCESS ROAD AT DRAKESBAD GUEST RANCH, LASSEN VOLCANIC NATIONAL PARK, PLUMAS COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. The National Park Service, Lassen Volcanic National Park, has a requirement for the replacement of the water supply main and access road at Drakesbad Guest Ranch, located at the southeast end of the park. The work of this contract consists of supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies required for the construction of a new 6"" HDPE water supply main and reconstruction of the primary access road from the guest ranch to the water storage tank. The new water main will be located along the rehabilitated road. The road will be modified to improve drainage and restore the natural hydrology of the area. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. All work shall be performed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits required to successfully complete the work. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 237110, with a corresponding size standard of $39.5 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This acquisition is a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from HUBZone small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. See Section J Attachment 01: Specifications, and Section J Attachment 02: Drawings, for a detailed description of the requirement. Refer to provisions and clauses and other attachments for additional information about this requirement and instructions on how to submit a proposal.
