Description

The Army Contracting Command�New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of Project Manager Soldier Lethality (PM-SL), Product Director Crew Served Weapons (PD CSW) plans to solicit on a sole source basis to Close Quarters Tactical (CQT), 960 Riverbend Road, Cusseta, GA 31805 to host a Vendor Demonstration Day from May 2, 2022 through May 6, 2022. The focus of this event is for Industry Partners to demonstrate Next Generation Medium Machine Gun efforts/technologies and Remote Weapon Station technologies to inform future Government requirements.� PD CSW plans to rent a 1,000m range, 600m range, static display area, meeting and storage facilities, and other necessary items to host the event. Please note that this notice does not constitute as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This is a presolicitation notice and the Government anticipates that a RFQ will be issued on a sole source basis to CQT on or around April 22, 2022. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. All information is to be furnished at no obligation to the Government.
