Description
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) requires media monitoring and analysis software service that provides real-time monitoring integration of more than 2,500 TV and radio stations around the world accessible to 94 U.S. Attorneys Office (USAO) users available 24/7/365. �The software service shall have ability to search a comprehensive web-based TV, Radio, Online News, (digital print), licensed print, podcasts and social media content and download clips with full access to all 210 Nielsen Designated Market Areas (DMAs) in the U.S. � The contractor shall provide: �A dedicated account manager that will be shall be available 24/7/365, in addition to unlimited individual and group training.� Districts with multiple individual user accounts shall have accessibility to media monitoring and analysis services simultaneously. The number of USAO subscribers will vary and user accounts can always be added to participating districts, up to 94 districts. All users with access to search and download broadcast content from all 210 Nielsen Designated Market Areas (DMAs), including independent and network affiliates, television stations and international coverage in more than 90 languages. U.S. radio coverage should consume at least 170 top-rated news talk stations from the top 50 markets. A comprehensive media contact database� to search local and national journalists, reporters, broadcasters, social media influencers, producers, bloggers and media outlets. All contact information, records and data shall be frequently updated so users can build custom media lists with contacts by topic, location, data and/or job title. Access to licensed content to see behind paywalls and print-only content is needed to obtain unfettered access when tracking coverage from worldwide media sources and industry trade publications and journals. Subscribed users with access to track, edit and share media content and analytics one minute after airing. Setting instant and automatic alerts are needed to ensure real-time monitoring across online newspapers and magazines, blogs, and forums. Daily digest alerts are required for specific media types and markets, episodes, and speech-to-text options. All content must be point-and-click editable on closed caption text, ad-hoc search results, established web reports and saved searches once content publishes, posts and/or broadcasts. Broadcast analytics that shall include in-depth audience figures, publicity values, share of voice, volume by medium, entity extraction, sentiment, heat maps, word clouds, google analytics and the ability to create multiple measurement portfolios to be saved and/or Users need the ability to create and export data and metrics into CSV files, in their entirety. District users with the ability to create and save custom templates and share reports via URL or e-mail. In addition, media clips need the option to be dragged and dropped, copied and moved from one report to another. All broadcast content that shall be Section 508 compliant and the media monitoring platform shall supply unlimited cloud storage for future use. Audio and video content that shall be downloadable for offline viewing and sharing in a variety of video formats: (Windows Media, MPEG, QuickTime) and in either High Definition (HD) broadcast (DVD) or quality resolution (720 x 480). Podcast monitoring is necessary to track media coverage, set instant alerts, and edit both audio and video clips. Access to text transcriptions is needed with the ability to download unlimited clips with full text and audience and publicity values, across a wide variety of industries. Access to real-time social media coverage is needed across social networks, which include Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Districts can capture social media mentions, metrics and they can track in-depth analytics.
