THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NON-COMPETITIVE (NOTICE OF INTENT) SYNOPSIS TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER WITHOUT PROVIDING FOR FULL OR OPEN COMPETITION (INCLUDING BRAND-NAME).� The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) NIDA Section, Contracts Management Red Branch on behalf of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Intramural Research Program (IRP) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (including brand name specific) to Medoc Advanced Medical Systems, located at 1502 West N.C. Highway 54, Suite 404, Durham, NC 27707 to provide a Thermal Stimulator with MRI compatible thermodes.� Please see the attached Pre-Solicitation Non-Competitive Notice of Intent.�
