- This solicitation will result in a fixed price contract.� This procurement will be Full and Open Competition. The NSN is export controlled. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data may not required. Progress Payments is not authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, and a critical safety item.� This item is Export Control. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. �Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
