Description: ITS requires an RF Siting toolkit to with a high degree of accuracy to support the development of over the horizon radio propagation measurements. These measurements are conducted with two directional antennas pointed at each other over distances of hundreds of miles. Due to the distances between, if either antenna is off by a matter of degrees, our measurement will be impacted, therefore it is critical that we are able to accurately measure and site the antenna before measurement begins.
