- The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) awarded two (2)�Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under this solicitation as shown below. Contract No. 95314322D0001 - Emery Celli Brinckerhoff Abady Ward & Maazel LLP Contract No. 95314322D0002 - Relman Colfax PLLC The types of task orders that may be issued will be Firm-Fixed-Price, Labor-Hour, and/or Time-and-Materials. Hybrid blends of the task order types are feasible. The IDIQ contracts� ordering periods will be five (5) years with an option to extend for up to six (6) months under FAR clause 52.217-8. The award amount, $20,000,000.00, is a ceiling amount over the life of the contract and is not a guaranteed amount. The dollar amount of task orders placed on any one contract cannot be determined in advance.
