Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California Cities: Sacramento / Rancho Cordova Delineated Area: North: Hwy 50 West: Bradshaw Blvd. East: Zinfandel Drive to Eagles Nest South: Hwy 16 (Jackson Road) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,000 Space Type: Office and Storage Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 8 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Level II Security with self-contained contiguous space acceptable to the Government.� Buildings will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Two structured parking spaces shall accommodate a trailer and have weight restrictions.� Therefore they need to be located on the ground level. If the office parking facility cannot accommodate the parking requirements, an alternative parking facility shall be available within 1,000 linear feet from the building�s primary entrance. 24-hour unrestricted access to the office space and parking. Fiber Optics & cable present in the building. Loading area with a dock or scissor lift that can accommodate a 53� trailer. 3,700 SF shall be located on the first floor near the loading dock or loading area that can accommodate a pallot jack with a level and unobstructed pathway with 48� minimum width doors having automatic opener(s). Must meet GSA�s standard neighborhood requirements for Inside City Center or Outside City Center. A parking ratio of 3 per 1,000 RSF. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
