Description: This is a request for information to find out the availabity of vendors that can maintain and repair of the Hitachi NX9000 FIB-SEM located in building 1202 at Eglin AFB, FL. The service contract must minimize equipment down time. The NX9000 must operate within specifications after being serviced or repaired. If this need is not fulfilled, AFRL/RWME will not be to conduct site-specific analysis, gas deposition, ablation of materials, collect energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy data, or SEM images in support of AFRL projects.
