Sources Sought: Boudary Dam East Side Trail - Colville National Forest The U.S. Forest Service is conducting market research to determine the acquisition strategy of the contemplated requirement. The determination of acquisition strategy for this requirement lies solely with the government and will be based on this market research and other information available to the government. � There is an upcoming requirement for Boudary Dam East Side Trail at Sullivan Lake Ranger District of the Colville National Forest near Metaline Falls, WA The scope of this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following types of trail construction/restoration and Bridge replacement/construction. The work performed may include new work, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs.� Trail Construction/Restoration: Trail Construction � Excavation Trail Restoration Construction Surveying and Staking Trail Construction -Clearing and Grubbing Installing Shallow Stream Ford w/Log Retainer Installing Culverts and Culvert Headwalls Installing Switchbacks, Type 2 Installing Turnpike, Type 2 Installing Puncheons Installing Rock Retaining Wall Installing Log Stringer Trail Bridge Trail Embankments Roadway Excavation for Trail Blasting Soil Erosion and Pollution and Sediment Control Geocomposite Underdrain System Belted Waterbars Steel Truss Bridge and Boardwalk Replacement/Construction: Gabions, Welded Wire baskets Structural Steel, Furnished/Fabricated/Erected Bridge Pile Cap beams Construct Timber Boardwalk Railings Helicopter Transport Aluminum Boardwalk Decking Design, Fabricate, Transport, and Install Steel Bridge Superstructure Micropile Proof Load Testing Geotechnical Engineering Construction Administration Micropile, Bridge Abutment and Boardwalk Boardwalk Bent Beams and Stringers Capability statements should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than the date and time listed in this notice. Please provide the following information in your capability statement: Business name, address, and business size under NAICS 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The small business size standard for this applicable NAICS is $39.5 Million Type of Small business � Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Summary of how your company is capable and qualified to perform the work described above. This Sources Sought Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S.) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice will be solely at the responding party�s expense. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
