Description

The requirement is to provide: Personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform sports officiating as defined in this Performance Work Statement.� The contractor shall provide the expertise and management necessary to conduct officiating services for a large military youth sports program in support of the 316th Force Support Squadron Youth Center located in building 4700 Yuma Road on Andrews AFB, MD, as set forth in this PWS. The contractor shall provide the expertise and management necessary to conduct officiating services for a large military sports program in support of the 11th Force Support Squadron Fitness Centers located in buildings 1444 and 3705 on Andrews AFB, MD, as set forth in this PWS. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.� Please note:� All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.� The website for registration is www.sam.gov. **You must prepare your proposal in accord with the Addendums to FAR Provision Clauses 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors (ITO) and 52.212-2 Evaluation Criteria (EC)---Commercial Items** Relationship between Solicitation FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2. Your attention is directed to the functional relationship between FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 of this solicitation. FAR 52.212-1 provides information for the purpose of organizing the proposal and is not intended to be all-inclusive. FAR 52.212-2 describes the evaluation criteria/factors for award, to include the evaluation procedures for the ranking of the Price Proposals, and the assessment of Technical Capability and Past Performance information. Since the Government evaluation of proposals will cover areas identified in FAR 52.212-2, proposals should address all such areas of evaluation. Proposals that do not contain the information required risk rejection All relevant file attachments shall be included with this notice.� Please verify you have accessed the complete list of attachments as shown within the �List of Attachments� on page 43 of the PWS previously referenced. Questions from this solicitation shall be submitted not later than 14 April 2022 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Answers will be posted to the solicitation as an attachment as soon as all answers have been reviewed by the Contracting Officer.� Watch for the updates on this site accordingly. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the event the government cancels this solicitation the government has no obligation to reimburse offeror any costs incurred in preparation of this quote. Update CLIN description of CLIN 0011 from FY22 F18CA 316 FSS FITNESS CENTER SPORTS OFFICALS (SPECIAL SPORTING EVENTS) to FY22 F18CA 316 FSS FITNESS CENTER SPORTS OFFICALS (SPECIAL SPORTING EVENTS) 2ea (Volleyball, Softball, Baseball, and Soccer) NTE six (6) hours. 2. Update CLIN description of CLIN 1011 from FY22 F18CA 316 FSS FITNESS CENTER SPORTS OFFICALS (SPECIAL SPORTING EVENTS) to FY22 F18CA 316 FSS FITNESS CENTER SPORTS OFFICALS (SPECIAL SPORTING EVENTS) 2ea (Volleyball, Softball, Baseball, and Soccer) NTE six (6) hours. 3. Update CLIN description of CLIN 2011 from FY22 F18CA 316 FSS FITNESS CENTER SPORTS OFFICALS (SPECIAL SPORTING EVENTS) to FY22 F18CA 316 FSS FITNESS CENTER SPORTS OFFICALS (SPECIAL SPORTING EVENTS) 2ea (Volleyball, Softball, Baseball, and Soccer) NTE six (6) hours. 4. Update the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Youth Sports _ Fitness Center PWS R1 shall replace and supersedes in its entirety Youth Sports Fitness Center PWS. 5. The quote due date shall be extended to 26 April, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST. No further changes other than those stated herein.
