Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 4 PROJECT TITLE: Distress Box Replacements, Project Number 548-22-146 CONTRACT TYPE: Design Build (DB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: Contractor is to replace existing Emergency Call Boxes on the property with new call boxes with video capability. The project involves design, demo of existing call boxes and replacement with video call boxes. Installation includes radios and programming into VA network. The cameras shall be installed and all necessary power, cabling, programming will be operational on the VA Network. Project includes installation of necessary racks, network switches and other support hardware. Basis of Design for Call Box, Radios and Cameras are to be brand name or equal to the following: Call box - Heavy Duty LMR A/C Powered Call Box with video capability A10XVAC. Radio - Motorola APX400R. Cameras - AXIS Communications M3058-PLVA-01178-001. This project is located at the VA Medical Center at West Palm Beach, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410.
