- United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Procurement and Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Logistics Contracting Branch is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the number 1202SC22Q2707. The resultant contract, if any, will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract, Cache Re-Supply, Waterax Mark-3 Pump Original Manufacturer Parts (OEM). This solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,"" as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. Only offers from small business concerns will be accepted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this procurement are 333914, with a small business size standard of 750 employees; NAICS Code 332510, with a small business size standard of 750 employees; or NAICS Code 339999, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Please ensure you have or have added this NAICS in System for Award Management (SAM). All vendors wishing to submit a quote to the solicitation described herein must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://sam.gov/) or risk their otherwise timely quotation being considered non-responsive regardless of its completeness, timeliness or other salient considerations. Information on SAM registration can be obtained at the following web site:�http://sam.gov/. The Contractor must be actively registered with no exceptions in SAM to be awarded any resultant contract. ALL QUESTIONS regarding this RFQ must be in writing and shall be sent by email to: theresa.hood2@usda.gov. Questions must be received no later than Monday, April 27 2022, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.� No further questions will be accepted after that date and time unless deemed in the best interest of the Government by the Contracting Officer. You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any US Forest Service employees to discuss this RFQ during this procurement phase.� ALL questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the above Contracting Officer. Oferrors shall provide only one (1) quote.� QUOTES shall be emailed to theresa.hood2@usda.gov no later than Thursday, May 5, 2022, by 2:00 PM Eastern Time.� Non-compliance with this requirement may result in disqualification of the quote. The quoter must quote on all line items. Only quotes to the nearest cent will be accepted. See Section H for specification of documents to be submitted. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure the quote has been received by the contracting office by email confirmation. Fax quotes will not be accepted. Late quotes will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(1) ""Late submission, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers."" Notice to Offerors: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Supply Contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals to perform all operations necessary.
