Description
FULL SOW is attached Install access control system with a new Lenel OnGuard equipment to facilitate FIPS-201-2 compliance. ATF will be responsible for all programming. The integrator will be responsible for installing new strikes on 10 doors. If there are existing separate single cylinder deadbolts on the doors, the integrator will make certain the strike only engages the primary latch of the door, not including the deadbolt. The deadbolt should not be overridden by the strike. The integrator will not use any magnetic locks. The strikes and readers will each be home run to the LAN room where they will interface with LENEL 1320 dual interface boards. The integrator will install a new LNL-1320S3 boards and a new LNL-4420X in the LAN room with all the other access equipment. The integrator will use daisy-chain wiring for the communication between the LNL-4420X and LNL-1320S3 boards. The integrator will use termination jumpers at the beginning and end of the communication line. The integrator will use Belden 3105A wire for all readers and the communication wiring between the 1320 interfaces units and the 4420X controller. Belden 3105A wire is required, no substitutions are allowed. The integrator will install four (4) new HID-923PPTEK000G readers for the four (4) new perimeter doors. The integrator will install 9 HID-920PHPTEK000P2 readers on all the interior doors. The integrator will ground the shields of the Belden 3105A reader data wires to one grounding location on the controller end, while leaving the other end of the shield floating. The integrator will place a 1K resistor between the Data 0 and ground terminals on each reader port. The integrator will use a separate 18 AWG for the reader power on all doors, (this can be any typical 18/2 wire, doesnt need to be Belden.) The integrator will wire the positive reader power wire directly to the 12vdc power supply via a terminal block. The negative power wire will still be connected to the respective reader port on the 4420X or 1320. The perimeter doors will be authenticated readers, so there may be troubleshooting involved to make these work properly. The doors for the Interview and Processing rooms at this location will have IN/OUT readers. The integrator will need to stagger these readers on either side of the wall, so they are not back-to-back in order to avoid read-field overlap. The integrator will wire an ethernet cable from the controller to the ATF network switch. The integrator will be responsible for configuring the new controller with the appropriate network settings which ATF will provide. The new readers will need to be wired as OSDP. The readers will also require installation of an HID 6132AKE spacer or HID 6132 AKL spacer as appropriate. The integrator will also be responsible for installing an Aiphone AX series system to accompany the access control system. Integrator will be responsible for fully configuring the Aiphone system Below is a list of new equipment and new readers to be used by the integrator: 1 LENEL 4420X controllers 7 LENEL 1320S3 Dual Reader interface module 4 HID 923PPPTEK000G readers 9 HID 920PHPTEK000P2 13 HID 6132AKE spacers 1 Aiphone AX series system 10 Electric Strikes 1 Mounting boxes for all boards and equipment, and all appropriate cable, connectors, materials. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance will be one (1) year from the award date. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The contractor will perform the installation at 1007 N Orange Street Suite 201 Wilmington, DE 19801 TRANSITION If necessary, the Contractor shall develop a Transition-Out Plan that facilitates a seamless transition from the incumbent to incoming contractor/government personnel at the expiration of the contract/task order. The Contractor shall provide a Transition-Out Plan no later than 60-calendar days prior to expiration of the contract.
