- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (not a pre-solicitation notice or solicitation pursuant to FAR Part 5) and is a request for information to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research.� This notice is issued by the Contracting Office at the U.S Naval Hospital, Guam, to identify sources capable of providing service and support, for HUGS Infant Protection System technician support and preventative maintenance conformed to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard specifications. 24/7 telephone help desk and remote system access by certified technicians. Annual audit of the infant/child security system and installation of current version of server and applicable application software at the time of audit.� Upon completion, a complete audit report will be provided along with certificate of operation Replacement batteries of contractor provided uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) at both Hugs workstations and inside the Hugs system panel. Semi-annual system operation/functionality testing and installation of current version of server and applicable application software at the time of system test. 1 current system user manual and 3 quick reference guides per application software and any system end user training programs provided by Stanley Healthcare Solutions. A Performance Work Statement is attached to this Sources Sought Notice. The anticipated contract vehicle for technician support and preventive maintenance for Hugs Infant Protection System will be a firm-fixed price contract.� The purchase order will include all the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the service provider and the US Naval Hospital, Guam.� The purchase order will also contain the mutually agreed upon pricing for the preventive maintenance and repair service requested and to be provided.� The purchase order will be signed by an authorized representative of the service provider and the Contracting Officer for the US Naval Hospital Guam. Any party interested in and capable of providing these services is requested to respond via e-mail to gere.a.bamba.civ@mail.mil by 8:30PM EDT on April 29th, 2022.� In your response, please provide the following information/documentation: 1. Company Name, Address and DUNS Number; 2. Point(s) of Contact, E-mail address, and Telephone Number(s); 3. A Capability Statement that demonstrates the ability to meet the requirements in the Performance Work Statement. There are no funds associated with this Sources Sought Notice. This Notice is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Quotation or a Request for Proposal; nor is it to be considered a commitment by the U.S Naval Hospital, Guam.� The U.S Naval Hospital, Guam, will not pay for any information provided by interested parties; nor is there a basis for a claim against the U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam resulting from any response to this Sources Sought Notice or from the use of this information by the U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam. Statement of Objectives SUMMARY OF EXPECTATIONS: 1.�������� The service provider or its employees performing the required services shall possess the required industry licenses, certifications, and/training.� 2.�������� The service provider and its personnel shall be well versed in the government (Federal and local) laws, rules, policies, and procedures applicable to the technician support and preventive maintenance for Hugs Infant Protection System. 3.�������� The service provider shall supply all personnel, tools, vehicles, transportation, fuel, and equipment.� 4.�������� All staff performing the services must be fully trained, professional, and customer service oriented, consistently provide responsive, flexible, and cost effective services.� The service provider shall ensure quality work performance per applicable standards and guidelines. 5.�������� The service provider is expected to partner with the US Naval Hospital in continuously improving the quality of services performed and the relationship between the client and the service provider.
