Description
Rev 1 to Amendment 9 clarifies due dates (see below) and replaces FENS SIR Amendment 9 Read-me File to correct typographical errors. No other changes to Amendment 9 were made. Amendment 9 contains two due dates: April 12, 2022 - Offerors must provide any questions and an explicit statement as to whether any changes to its proposal may be required. The response is due on that date no later than�5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. April 19, 2022 - Offerors must submit its proposed values for Factor 1 and Factor 2 to the FENS Contracting Officer and��submit a letter�that is signed by a corporate official who is duly authorized to bind the offeror and commit to a proposal validity period through March 31, 2023. The response is due on that date no later than�5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. This Amendment 9 to the FENS SIR contains AMS clause updates, instructions to offerors for submission of multiplicative price factors, and for extension of the required validity period of the proposals. Note that the FAA is allowing a one-week review and comment period for offerors to assess potential impacts. A response is required from each offeror with an explicit statement as to whether any changes to its proposal may be required. The response is due no later than April 12, 2022 at 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.� Each response must: (1) notify the FENS Contracting Officer as to whether there are any impacts to its proposal that, in the opinion of the offeror, require a change to their proposal; and (2) if so, identify the scope of the impacts (i.e., specific sections) including a description of the nature of any changes sought and the rationale for the changes. Full instructions are attached to this Amendment 9. No change was made to any other sections of the SIR.
