Description

NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS�TO THE AMERICAN BUREAU OF SHIPPING. The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA is soliciting�the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) to provide necessary surveyor attendance and ABS�engineering/drawing review services required for the Training Ship State of Maine (TSSOM) to�maintain vessel classification compliance. Issuance of a firm fixed price purchase order is�anticipated for services to perform this work in accordance with specifications in the Statement of�Work (SOW) - ATTACHMENT 1.
