- Amendment 0001:� The purpose of this amendment is to attach the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).� Amendment 0002:� The purpose of this amendment is to add the provision FAR 52.217-5, Evaluation of Options �Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: 1. Changed the CLIN Structure on both the documents titled COMBO and Price List 2. Edited document titles COMBO Amendment 0003, FAR 52.212-2(a) to include information about the pricing and�the requirement of a Capability Statement and Performance�Plan 3.��Edited document titles COMBO Amendment 0003, changed the due date for questions posted to 7 April 2022 at 3PM EST.,� 4.��Edited document titles COMBO Amendment 0003, changed the due date for answers�to 11�April 2022 at 3PM EST. 5. Edited document titled PWS FINAL Amendment 0003, incorporated information to paragraph 5.17�regarding repairs. Amendment 0004:� The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the questions and answers Amendment 0005:� The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is as follows: Post the revised Performance Work Statement. Clarity added to waste/trash removal (paragraph 5.19) Post the revised Combo. Change to the solicitation close date from 20 April 2022 at 1500 EST to 29 April 2022 at 1500 EST. Post the Q&A results from the Site Visit Post the attendance roster from the site visit� Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Aircraft Sunshade Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services for the District of Columbia (DC) Air National Guard. This announcement is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and Part 13 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) W50S6W-22-Q-0001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the website for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed price contract for the Aircraft Sunshade Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services as defined within the Performance Work Statement and the Price List as a result of this solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 332312, �Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The Period of Performance (POP) shall be 1 May 2022 to 30 April 2027. All potential offerors are reminded that compliance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), is mandatory. Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. Registration for SAM can be completed at https://www.sam.gov. The Government reserves the right and may award based solely on information contained in the quote and is not obligated to seek completion or clarification if the original quote is unclear. All quotes submitted shall be the Contractor�s Best Quote as the Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should contain the offeror�s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
