- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is W50S8A-22-Q-0019, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 Hotels (except casinos) and Motels, a small business size standard of $35.0M.� This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 16 May 2022 at 4:00PM Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03801. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and an SF1449 will not be issued.� The New Hampshire Air National Guard will host a Yellow Ribbon Event on 10-12 June 2022.� This requirement will involve lodging, conference space, meals, and AV equipment.� Interested parties shall review the attached performance work statement (PWS) and pricing sheet for complete details.� All facilities must be located within the geographical confines of the State of New Hampshire. CLIN 0001:� Lodging on 11-12 June 2022 (QTY = 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide lodging for 25 guests for a 2-night stay on the evening of 11 & 12 June 2022 IAW para 5.15 of the performance work statement (PWS). Pricing should include costs of parking (if any) (Note: �25 rooms for 2 nights with parking = 1 JOB) CLIN 0002: �Registration with Furniture & Amenities on 11 & 12 June (QTY = 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide a registration area with tables and chairs to accommodate 4-6 personnel on 11 & 12 June 2022 IAW para 5.1 of the PWS. (Note:� 1 registration area for 2 days = 1 JOB) CLIN 0003:� Function Room #1 (Ballroom) on 11 & 12 June (QTY = 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide one a ballroom sized conference with the capacity support up to 150 attendees on 11 & 12 June 2022 IAW para 5.2 of the PWS. (Note:� 1 ballroom/conference for 2 days = 1 JOB) CLIN 0004:� Function Room #2 on 11 & 12 June 22 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide one function/breakout room with the capacity to support up to 30 people on 11 & 12 June 2022 IAW para 5.3 of the PWS (Note:� 1 function/breakout room for 2 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0005:� Function Room #3 for 11 & 12 June 22 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide one function/breakout room with the capacity to support up to 30 people on 11 & 12 June 2022 IAW para 5.4 of the PWS (Note:� 1 function/breakout room for 2 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0006:� Function Room #4 for 11 & 12 June 22 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide one function/breakout room with the capacity to support up to 30 people on 11 & 12 June 2022 IAW para 5.5 of the PWS (Note:� 1 Function/breakout room for 2 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0007:� Function Room #5 (Counseling) for 11 & 12 June 22 (QTY= 1 JOB) Secluded room/area away from all other event rooms to accommodate up to five people in a private setting on 11 & 12 June 2022 IAW para 5.6 of the PWS (Note:� 1 room/area for 2 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0008:� Function Room #6 (Vendors) for 11 & 12 June 22 (QTY= 1 JOB) One function room/area large enough to accommodate up to 20 vendors and booths on 11 & 12 June 2022 IAW PARA 5.7 of the PWS. (Note:� 1 room/area for 2 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0009:� Function Room #7 (Children) for 11 & 12 June 22 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide one (1) childcare room with the capacity to support up to 20 children IAW para 5.8 of the PWS (Note:� 1 room for 2 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0010:� Office/Command Suite for 10-12 June 22 (QTY = 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide a room for Yellow Ribbon Staff on 10, 11, and 12 June 2022 IAW para 5.9 of the PWS. (Note:� 1 room for 3 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0011:� Audio Visual Equipment & Amenities for Function Room #1 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall ensure that function Room #1 is equipped with house sound, a 10�x12� projection screen, a projector, a wireless microphone, an 8� x 12� stage, and a podium as described in paragraphs 5.16.1- 5.16.1.3 of the PWS (Note:� equipment rental for 2 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0012:� Audio Visual Equipment & Amenities for Function Room #2 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall ensure that function room 2 is equipped with house sound, a 6�x8� projection screen, a projector, a wireless microphone, and a podium as described in paragraphs 5.16.2 � 5.16.2.1 (Note: equipment rental for 2 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0013:� Audio Visual Equipment & Amenities for Function Room #3 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall ensure that function room 2 is equipped with house sound, a 6�x8� projection screen, a projector, a wireless microphone, and a podium as described in paragraphs 5.16.3 � 5.16.3.1 (Note: equipment rental for 2 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0014:� Audio Visual Equipment & Amenities for Function Room #4 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall ensure that function room 2 is equipped with house sound, a 6�x8� projection screen, a projector, a wireless microphone, and a podium as described in paragraphs 5.16.4 � 5.16.4.1 (Note: equipment rental for 2 days= 1 JOB) CLIN 0015:� Breakfast Buffet on 11 June 22 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide a breakfast buffet for up to fifty (50) people on 11 June 2022 IAW paras 5.10.1 � 5.10.1.6 of the PWS (Note:� 1 breakfast buffet on 1 day= 1 JOB) CLIN 0016:� Lunch Buffet on 11 June 22 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide a lunch buffet for up to fifty (50) people on 11 June 2022 IAW paras 5.11 � 5.11.7 of the PWS (Note: 1 lunch buffet on 1 day= 1 JOB) CLIN 0017:� Children�s Lunch 11 June 22 (QTY= 1 JOB) Children�s lunch on 11 June 2022 for up to twenty (20) children on 11 June 2020 IAW paras 5.12 � 5.12.4 of the PWS (Note:� 1 Children�s lunch on 1 day = 1 JOB) CLIN 0018:� Breakfast Buffet on 12 June 22 (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide a breakfast buffet for up to fifty (50) people on 12 June 2022 IAW paras 5.13.1 � 5.13.1.6 (Note:� 1 breakfast buffet on 1 day = 1 JOB) CLIN 0019:� �Refreshments on 12 June 22 (QTY = 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide refreshments outside of mealtimes on 11 and 12 June 2022 IAW paras 5.14 � 5.14.5 of the PWS.
